Today’s episode is with my good friend Rashid. We met up in Bryant Park to talk about citizen journalism, speedy digital culture, the complexities of art and social media, hard driving diving, code switching, iPhone films, growing an audience ethically, Nia Long, shooting film, defining value, A Love Supreme, growing up Baltimore, cultivating ideas and much much more.

Side note, we are in the middle of mid-town. So, there will be sirens, there will be interruptions and that’s what you get when you record outside in New York, it tends to want to be present right there with you.

That’s enough intro for show, please enjoy.
